Our main lawful bases are taking steps before entering into a contract, performing our contract with you, legal obligations and, where appropriate, legitimate interests. Consent is used where it is specifically required, including optional session recordings. Privacy notices should identify both the purposes and lawful bases for processing.
4. Sensitive information
You may occasionally choose to tell us about a disability, health condition or other sensitive information because it affects the support or reasonable adjustments you need.
Please do not provide detailed medical or highly sensitive information unless it is genuinely relevant.
Where special-category personal information is retained, TheJobFather will ensure that an appropriate legal basis and additional data-protection condition applies.
5. Zoom and session recordings
Programme sessions are delivered using Zoom.
Sessions are not routinely recorded.
Only the Interview Preparation Session will normally be offered for recording, and only with the participant’s agreement.
Recording is optional and declining it will not affect access to the session.
TheJobFather’s copy of a recording will normally be deleted 30 days after the session, or sooner if requested.
Where the participant is aged 18 or over, a recording will not automatically be provided to a parent or payer. The participant must agree to this.

Administrative information may be shared where appropriate, but private session content, sensitive information and recordings will not normally be shared without the participant’s agreement unless there is another lawful reason to do so.
