A free 15-minute call to discuss the current situation, answer initial questions and decide whether the programme is suitable.
A 50–60 minute one-to-one conversation exploring the young person’s experience, strengths, interests, challenges and goals.
A practical and individual plan identifying suitable opportunities, priorities and the actions required to begin making progress.
A full CV rewrite and practical support to present the young person’s experience, strengths and potential clearly to employers.
A 50-minute session including a realistic mock interview, honest feedback and practical guidance to build confidence and improve performance. With agreement, the session can be recorded for later review.
Three 20-minute check-ins to review progress, address obstacles, agree the next actions and maintain momentum.
If a suitable interview has not arisen during the core programme, the interview-preparation session remains available for six months from the payment date.
