The programme is designed primarily for young adults aged 18–26 who feel stuck, lack direction, are struggling to secure work or need stronger support with their CV, job search and interviews.
It can also help someone who already has a general idea of what they want but needs a clearer plan and greater accountability.
They do not need to have everything figured out, but they must be willing to engage, accept honest guidance and make a genuine effort.

a 50–60 minute Discovery Interview
a personalised job-search strategy
CV rewrite and support
a 50-minute interview-preparation session
three 20-minute accountability check-ins
the flexibility to use the interview-preparation session within six months of payment
There is no subscription and no hidden extras.

Yes. All sessions are delivered one-to-one online using Zoom, making the programme accessible regardless of location.

Yes. A parent, guardian, payer or the young person themselves can make the initial enquiry.
The young person must be willing to participate, complete agreed actions and take some ownership of the process.

Parents can provide useful background at the beginning. With the young person’s agreement, they may also receive appropriate progress updates.
However, the sessions focus on helping the young person take responsibility for their own progress. The aim is to reduce pressure and repeated arguments at home, while giving parents reassurance that someone experienced is providing structure and support.

That is absolutely fine. The interview-preparation session does not need to be used immediately.
It can be saved until a genuine interview opportunity arises, provided it is used within six months of the payment date. With the participant’s agreement, the session can also be recorded for later review.

No. TheJobFather cannot guarantee a job offer because hiring decisions are ultimately made by employers.
The programme provides stronger preparation, a clearer strategy, honest support and regular accountability. Results will also depend on the participant’s effort and engagement, the opportunities available and employers’ decisions.

Full terms, cancellation and refund information will be provided before payment is made.
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice when rearranging a session. Missed sessions and late cancellations will be considered case by case. Any refund will depend on how much of the programme has already been delivered and whether personalised work has been completed.
